IRONMEN: ERCF Men’s Ministry

IRONMEN make things happen.
IRONMEN are committed to their God, their families, and each other.
IRONMEN have an impact.

IRONMEN is as a forum where men are authentic: honest with themselves and each other about their strengths and weaknesses. We’ve seen over and over again that when transparency and openness are present,  deep biblical friendships begin to form – the type of friendships that sharpen and strengthen.

“Honour all men. Love the brotherhood.” 1 Peter 2:17

“By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.” 1 John 3:16

“A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity.” Proverbs 17:17

“That their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God’s mystery, which is Christ.” Colossians 2:2

“IRONMEN is not a course… IRONMEN allows guys the opportunity to share and grow in a great atmosphere that’s  open and laid back.  I really value the connections I’ve made and friendships created through this opportunity. I’ve gained wisdom and enjoyed a lot of laughs with a diverse group of men who I may not have had the chance to share with before. More importantly I can speak freely about my trials in life without fear of any judgement from others and I know when the night is done I can approach the same guys throughout the week if I need encouragement, prayer or someone to watch my favourite hockey team with. I can’t say enough about how important and faithfully foundational IRONMEN is and I sincerely hope every guy takes the opportunity to check it out because if you give it a chance it can really change your life.”
