At Elora Road Christian Fellowship, leadership is about people. We exist to serve, guide, and help people grow in their relationship with Jesus as we live out our mission together.

Our Leadership Structure

Lead Pastor

Provides overall spiritual leadership, vision, and direction for the church, while also leading the broader mission of ERCF, including the school and Elora House.

Pastoral Advisors

Provide spiritual oversight, prayer, and counsel, helping ensure we remain grounded, aligned, and spiritually healthy.

Board of Directors

Provides governance and financial oversight, ensuring integrity, accountability, and wise stewardship.

Staff & Ministry Leaders

Lead the day-to-day ministry of the church, creating environments for people to grow, connect, and serve.

How This Works Together

The Lead Pastor provides vision and direction. The Pastoral Advisors offer spiritual guidance and care. The Board of Directors ensures accountability and stewardship. Our staff and ministry leaders carry out the day-to-day ministry. Together, this creates a leadership culture that is spiritually grounded and structurally strong.

Chris & Lily Long

Lead Pastor & CEO

Chris serves as the Lead Pastor and CEO of Elora Road Christian Fellowship with a heart to see people grow deeply in their relationship with Jesus and step into all that God has for their lives.

He is passionate about building a church centred on the presence of God, committed to discipleship, and focused on developing leaders. His vision is to cultivate a strong, relational community where people are known, supported, and equipped to live out their faith in everyday life.

Chris holds a BTh in Missional Theology, which continues to shape his teaching and leadership.

Chris and his wife Lily have four children: Caila, Giselle, Johnny, and Levi.
